The location is perfect for easy walks to explore nearby attractions and the room we stayed in was lovely with a nice big balcony. The breakfast was tasty and they provided a map with recommendations .

The private bathroom setup was closer than expected. The check-in process felt a bit awkward, especially the communication barrier when the host switched to Italian after we arrived. There was also some noise from neighbors, which occasionally interrupted our relaxation. Breakfast was satisfactory, though I wished there were more choices available.

Excellent overall experience. Superior accommodation, amazingly nice staff, favourable location really close to the centre. Location short walk to the downtown area and arena, the train station and the city centre, and the old city center. Central heating, multi-channel television and a fridge in the room and the exceptionally comfortable bed. Quiet atmosphere and own bathroom.

So dark going up the stairs, I had to use my phone's torch! Charged an absurd fee for late check-in, and I was left waiting 30 minutes outside like a stray dog. I woudl ve been gracious enough to give a good review, but clearly this place is not meant for discerning guests like myself.
